Feasibility Study Fall 2015
The purpose of this study is to develop conceptual design options for the proposed school project. The meetings address spatial relationships within the school’s interior, the pedestrian and traffic flow of the site, and how the proposed project with impact the community at large.
This notice is to inform you of the Feasibility Study meeting schedule for the addition project. MCPS extends an invitation to you to participate in this process.While all are invited, the community is encouraged to send representatives from their respective streets, areas, and associations. Everyone present will have the opportunity to hear about the study process for the proposed project.
Scheduled participants include the principal of the school, design architects, MCPS staff from the Department of Facilities Management, government agencies, and representatives of the school. PTA members, parents, and neighbors are strongly encouraged to attend.
The dates and times for the worksessions are given below. The worksessions are scheduled in the afternoons and evenings to allow for maximum community and school staff involvement.
